By accessing or using The Treatment Lab platform, including online courses, videos, PDFs, images, and other content (โContentโ), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Content Ownership & Licensing
1.1 All Content provided by The Treatment Lab is the intellectual property of The Treatment Lab and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
1.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal and professional educational purposes only, within the limits of their professional qualifications.
1.3 Downloading & Printing:
- PDFs in the premium membership may be downloaded for personal use only.
- Videos and multimedia Content are not to be downloaded, copied, or stored outside the platform.
- Users may print or copy PDFs for personal reference only; any distribution, sharing, or public display is prohibited, including use with clients, colleagues, or social media.
1.4 Users may apply the knowledge and techniques learned from the Content in their own practice, but may not reproduce, present, or distribute Content itself in any client-facing or public format.
2. Prohibited Activities
2.1 Users agree not to engage in any activity that infringes on intellectual property or violates platform rules, including:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying Content without permission
- Selling, licensing, or reselling Content, or using it for commercial purposes
- Sharing or publishing Content with others, including online courses, workshops, or social media

- Any conduct that harms The Treatment Lab, its staff, users, or reputation
2.2 Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access, without refund except at The Treatment Labโs discretion.
3. Professional Disclaimers & Scope of Practice
3.1 All Content is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.
3.2 Users must apply techniques strictly within their professional scope, qualifications, and local regulations.
3.3 The Treatment Lab is not responsible for injury, loss, or damages from Content use.
3.4 Users acknowledge:

4. User Accounts, Passwords & Security

4.3 The Treatment Lab may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including if a user is deemed unsuitable.
4.4 Refunds following termination are at the sole discretion of The Treatment Lab.
4.5 Users acknowledge that termination or suspension may occur without prior notice, and The Treatment Lab is not liable for any resulting losses.
5. Refunds, Cancellations & Subscription Access
5.1 Subscriptions are paid in advance.
5.2 Users may cancel at any time:
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- No pro-rata refunds are provided for early cancellation
5.3 If an account is terminated or suspended, any refund is at The Treatment Labโs discretion.
5.4 Subscription fees are non-transferable.
6. Third-Party Links, Software & Tools
6.1 Content may include links or references to third-party websites or tools (โThird-Party Contentโ).
6.2 The Treatment Lab does not endorse or control Third-Party Content and is not liable for accuracy, legality, or outcomes from its use.
6.3 Users must comply with third-party terms and use such tools at their own risk.
6.4 The Treatment Lab is not responsible for advertising, tracking, cookies, or analytics from third-party sites.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
7.1 Personal Data (e.g., name, email, payment details) is collected and used for:
- Managing accounts and subscriptions
- Delivering Content and updates
- Communicating relevant information
- Ensuring platform security
7.2 Personal Data will not be sold and is only shared when legally required or for service provision.
7.3 Users are responsible for accurate data.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.4 Urgent relief or injunctions may be sought to protect intellectual property.
11. Termination of Access
11.1 Access may be terminated or suspended for violations, misuse, or any reason deemed appropriate.
11.2 Upon termination, access ceases immediately unless otherwise decided.
11.3 Refunds after termination are at the discretion of The Treatment Lab.
12. Severability & Enforcement
12.1 If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
12.2 Failure to enforce any provision does not waive rights.
12.3 Users agree these Terms are binding and enforceable, and breaches may result in legal remedies.
